Credit Card Application Taking Forever

I app**** for a credit card at Nedbank online, all went well and was provisionally approved. Then 2 days later they asked for documents and I submitted them and then I waited. Then every single day I get sms asking for documents and every single day I send them the documents. Then after a 8 working days I phoned and asked why is this taking so long. They told me the card has been fully approved and someone will phone me to complete the application.

It has been 2 weeks now and still no phone call.

If I knew Nedbank would take so long I would have app**** at another bank.

Can someone please contact me from Nedbank to conclude the application so I can use the card and actually pay Nedbank Interest so they can make money?
