Credit Card Application declined after 3 weeks

3 Weeks ago a did an online application for a credit card. two days later it was approved. Even since it was approved I was asked for documents as verification was pending. I have been submitting the documents however they say it was not received. After all the drama I received a message saying my application was declined. I have been into a branch and they advised to call the call centre. Can someone please assist me!!!
