Credit card application

I resently app**** for a nedbank credit card with nedbank and all they did was to take my documents and keep them. This is the my second time applying with them always stories. Now they say my application was canceled yet they is no valid reason why it was canceled, no one has answers. The agent who assisted Siphiwe Mhlongo also does not respond to any of my emails. This behavior is highly unacceptable from a highly recognized institution. I hope they change their unprofessional behavior before losing clients.
