Credit card application

very disappointed... Since I submitted an application for a credit card I never heard from Nedbank. Only once I missed a call from them and I have been trying to return the call for like 4 days now. the responder keeps on asking me to wait for the next available agent. I always make sure at 8:00 am everyday I give them a call but the feedback from the responder is still the same. Every day Im holding for more than 60min. that's very disapppointing
