Credit card application

I would like to think that nedbank do offer the best service but they don’t. Done my online credit card application on Tuesday n sent all the documents. Have been following up everyday but same story. The system should atleast let us know how long it takes for the Atlanta application to be through. I feel like it really does take long compare to other banks and maybe Nedbank doesn’t take their customers serious. What is annoying is their consultants don’t seem to have the same information regarding the lead time. Everyday when I call I get the different answer. Some say the application takes 3 to 7 days for it to be final. Some other consultants say 7 to 14 days. Yhooo
