credit card application

good day, I've been baking with Nedbank for more than three years and I app**** for a credit card a week ago online , and ive been calling Nebank to check for the status of the application, and they always tell me that its provisionally approved and i should wait for someone from Nedbank to give me a call. till today ive been waiting for the call.
