Credit card application

Bad service received from nedbank. Thinking of changing my account. I called to apply for credit card. The consultant keeps cutting my calls or they put you on hold for uncessary reasons. Last consultation didn't know why my case was closed? They keep blaming each other!! It's like they don't know what they doing . The consultant is telling me that I have to re-apply again after they processed my application and it will affect my credit 😠😠
