CREDIT CARD

So yesterday I called the credit card department in hopes to settle my account, and I asked the lady if i can perhaps get a discount for settling the credit card account. I was advised that its not possible and the only way to get discount is to let the account go into arrears!!!! unacceptable!!!! So as a client I'm not entitled to a discount? ok i hear you loud and clear NEDBANK. I will allow no more debits and run this credit card into the ground. Cant believe this is what business practices has come to!!!!
