I was ****** in june and i called in and requested all my cards to be closed imediately and they didnt.someone has been using my credit card.i called again in july after realising tje incidents as i dont even get sms notifications and AGAIN asked them to close the card but No still that someone is still using it.ive exceeded my limit, no sms , no calls no nothing and this tempers with my credit record.nedbank offer****r services.i
