Credit Bureaus not updated accordingly

I have a number of accounts with Nedbank, in december I paid up one of the oldest loans I had with them. I expected the account status to be updated accordingly with the credit bureaus in Dec, as I was told the system does so automatically. To date the account remains open as per my credit reports. Can I have this urgently corrected please.

Same goes for the credit card which has been up to date since December but reflects missing payments for Jan & Feb.
