Credit Bureaus not updated

<p>I had a Nedbank Credit card which i paid in full in December 2012.</p> <p>I recently was doing an application and it was brought to my attention that this was declined due to the Credit Card being Handed over in 2012, and then written off in 2014.</p> <p>If the account was ni fact written off, should it not then have been removed by the credit amnesty of 2014? All i want is for this to be removed from the bureaus as it is stopping me from a very important application. </p>
