Credit bureau takes instruction from you

I had a personal loan that was handed over to lawyers . I have settled the loan and now my new nightmare with Nedbank and their lawyers is removing the default off my ITC at credit bureau .

Nedbank and their lawyers do not communicate at all . I was even asked by Nedbank to send proof of payment ! This of which I sent to their lawyers over 30days ago .

I ended up not calling their lawyers because they where sending me back and for the to talk to credit bureau directly or nedbank .

This default I expressed to them will be at my disadvantage for my job applications :( I made things right and want to move in in new job opportunities:(

This is what the credit bureau wrote in email:” The credit provider's authorised sender can submit a Manual Amendment request to Experian. It can take up to 5 business days for a resolution once Experian receives the instruction.”

In other words Nedbank has the control to help me and I am being told of 21 days even after expression my frustrations on this whole process .
