Credit bureau

I just want to raise my agony about the manner in which nedbank is doing business, I called 2 weeks back to request for my monthly installment on my credit card because the statements I receive via my email address are encrypted and I cant open, I was told that I should pay 420, I deposited 400 last week, now yesterday when I pulled my credit report, to my surprise, nedbank listed me for 100 arrears, which I know nothing about, I called nedbank this morning after I deposited that 100, and I was informed I didn't have arrears and the agent was unable to answer as to why am I listed. I am annoyed and demand answers from nedbank, they cant discredit my name based on false accusations, I want them to clear my name with immediate effrct
