<p>MY Nedbank credit card balance is owing about R13000 . Nedbank card has R23616.00 listed on my ITC records , when I query with the call cetre they say they will only update when the full payment is done. The Credit Ombus say there is no such thing. </p> <p> </p> <p>Untrained call centre staff and bad attitude.</p>
