credit application status

app**** for a credit card second time around with nedbank and second time disappointed, i app**** for one last week thursday and signed a contract the very same thursday, till to this day i do not know the status of the application, the guy that processed my application is nowhere to be found , the team supervisor is also not responding, complaints department also cannot give me answers , all i hear is the application is with the back office for verification, how long will it take ,i still do not know, they promised me that i can collect my card in friday but they cannot give me an answer of how far the application is, i am not happy about nedbank service, this is now the 3rd day no answer
