Credit account not closed as requested and charges going off the account.

on the 15 the December i called nedbank and requested for my credit card be closed. The lady advised that she will put in a request for me. on the 18th i got a call from a consultant who wanted to check reasons for closing my card and explained why, she told me that the request will be finalised within 3 working days. To date, the account is still active. I paid off R19 000 outstanding and i was in credit with R18. To my suprised when i checked on the app today, there are charges on this account and now i owe R-38.02. I am not paying you guys any cent. Close this account and this is one of the reasons why i want to part ways with your bank. Always pathetic.
