crazy teller

<p>On Thursday i went to withdraw my money from nedbank Eastgate, then i got to the teller where i was served by Sammy Baloyi. Firstly she started asking about where i was working, i then asked her if you could assist me fast as i had to go to another bank to deposit that money as it was almost 4pm then thats when the beast of her came out she started insulting me as im also human i responded to her and then it got to a point where she said she will beat me up, that when i got mad she pulled me over the counter. so now Nedbank sends me a message as if i was the one on the wrong just because they saw a footage which does not have any sound to find out what proved the fight. im really ****ed with the service i got from them, they need to treat clients with respect if you treat clients like trash how must i trust you with my money?</p>
