Today a group of us (3 individuals) went to Westgate mall Mitchell's Plain nedbank and was turned away from opening a stokvel account. Although we had all the required docs. We were told that they don't open such accounts on Saturdays. Nowhere on nedbank advertising have we ever seen that these accounts are only opened from Mondays to Fridays. What happened to "We are here for You???" Is this the way you wish to achieve your 2020 vision and goal? Proceeding like this.... I think not! World class service....?! A definite NO
