**** CUSTOMER SERVICE
I just received **** service from Phumla at the Nedbank RCC division. Some people do not respect their jobs it is disgusting. She did not show any commitment to serve me, rather the interest to listen to my query. I cannot believe one of the big banks have employees with such bad attitude!
