COVID-19 RULES

Today I visited Clearwater Mall Branch. In view of the current pandemic, the staff take the necessary precautions with regard to clients when entering the branch. Today a large number of clients bundled outside the entrance, totally ignoring polite requests by staff to stand in a queue and 'keep the required social distance.' Instead, the clients, many of whom were either not wearing masks or wore their masks around their necks, complained about the long wait. Can the problem be addressed to ensure that clients adhere to current regulations? Surely there should be someone outside the entrance (staff or security) who can ensure all masks are worn correctly and 'social distancing' rules are adhered to. The number of covid-19 cases are increasing dramatically and if all people adhere to the rules, we will all remain safe and stay well. I understand that staff are very busy inside, but we dont want to pick up or pass on a virus outside the door.
