Covid 19 Payment Relief

i took a covid 19 payment break on my credit card for 3 months , which ran from August until October, eve though i had taken the payment break i was still paying my credit card. but i got a shock of my life when i was told that my credit card is 3 months in arrears when i tried to apply for a car. this has never happened with other banks that i took a payment break with, this is so wrong you cannot blacklist me when you the one who offered me the payment break, i did not even apply you guys called me. please fix my credit profile with the credit Bureau. you guts are taking advantage of your clients . this is totally unacceptable.
