Covid 19 concession promised but not delivered

A week ago I posted a review and am still not in receipt of a response from Nedbank. Is that not a pathetic low class service. I am wondering what kind of service they offer consumers if they cant or lets rather say wont comment on a valid point of which they know they guilty.

Challenge me on a fact I posted regarding your staff not receiving the incentives you promised them.
