Court Judgement but nobody knows a thing about it

I have a court judgement on my credit report from Nedbank. I was under the impression that the credit card was settled. When I call the call center, I am told that the account shows as settled on the system. I am then told to email the admin department. To date there has been no reply. I found the law firm who lodged the judgement. They told me that the file was closed and had been handed back to Nedbank, and there was nothing more they could do. They helped me by emailing their contacts at Nedbank who I have followed up with multiple times to no avail. Nobody can tell me what the status of this issue is.

To add to this, there was no communication with me prior to this judgement being lodged. In fact, when I spoke to Nedbank the first time, they had a number and address 10 years old, so please tell me how I am supposed to cooperate or even understand that there was an issue if there was no communication for this to be settled?

Can someone please get hold of me to sort this out.
