COUNTER STATEMENT CHARGE :R400

On 13th May 2023 printed 5 months statement inside Groberlsdal Nedbank branch - counter, it was 5 pages but I was changed R400 to print from the counter. I called the Customer care ,I was told the matter is escalated to the branch ,I understood. Went to Groberlsdal branch at 1st they said the person who was assisting (Ella) to print is currently busy and the branch Man was also busy,my details were taken n promised to be called back with the some feedback. Today 29 July 2023 went back to the branch at Groberlsdal, I was told it's the system charge theres nothing they can do.The charge R400 shock me because it's not an busy account only 3-4 transactions a month.
