Count Your Money When You Withdraw From This BAN****!!!!!!!

I've been with Nedbank for 5 years and never had a problem until 27 February 2020 I went to the ATM to withdraw money R1000 but when I checked I saw only R640 did a query about it was told by agent money will be transferred back in 4 days waited 8 days still no money last week 06 March 2020 talked to a agent again got told they will get back to me the same day still I'm waiting so todat I query again to get told today they did a investigation and it seems like I did receive R1000 and not R640 like I said, someone or somebody is busy playing with people's money and it's not a nice thing I'm changing BANKS TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!
