Couldn't Assist with a ***** Case
I am victim of Sim swap. Transaction happened on my Nedbank account using cell banking. ********** managed to crack my cellphone banking Pin. Nedbank couldn't help me log a ***** case just to see what might have transpired. They instead asked me to go to Vodacom to ask them to log a ***** case. Did i suffer the loss from Vodacom? No, at Nedbank. The ***** happened on three other institutions. I will wait for them to come back to me with the outcome from an investigation. Image if i switched my Salary to Nedbank and it all get ****** and then i am referred to Vodacom.

08 Feb 2023, 11:00I was hoping to get a reply for this. Nobody cares. Its OK. I will be done with Nedbank soon. Its been almost a year since i have used your facility. I will be closing the account. To safeguard the customer's money, get a vendor to give you a sim card age. with the Sim age, you will be able to restrict risky transactions from going through. Your ***** team needs to know this.
