HI on the 9th of December 2020 i app**** to close my credit card, so i deposited R30 000 only to find that i was owing R7000, so ned bank promised to deposit back the remaining balance, until today the 4th of January 2020 i have not receive my money and when i call them some of my money have been debited but they don't know where the money is sent too, as i send this message i don't know when will i get my money back.
