******* bank statement fee charge

On 23 Jun. 2016 I went to Nedbank Phalaborwa Enquiries and requested a 3 month bank statement. The cashier gave it to me. The following morning fees of R13 x 33 = R429 for this bank statement went off my bank account. Monday 27 Jun. I went in to enquire about this. The cashier at Enquiries told me that it was a mistake and one that only the Bank Manager can correct and credit. He was not in at that moment ans she told me he will phone me as soon as he is in and correct this. He never did. I phoned a couple of times (different days) afterwards, but he was not available. I didn't have a vehicle at that time and could not go back to the bank again. This is very poor service from Phalaborwa Nedbank and I want this charge corrected and credited as soon as possible, otherwise I will have no other choice than to change bank.
