Copy of my title deed

I logged a call with Nedbank to request my copy of title. Firstly I went to Protea Glen branch Sales consulted told me she can't help and she provided me with the number to call.I called the first time provided my email adress .Still I received nothing. I phoned again last week Tuesday. I was told I will have to wait for 3 to 4 working days .Today its Monday still nothing. I phoned again the sales consulted told me she will call me around 13h00 today the 06/07/2020 .I didn't receive any phone call.I have been their Customers for 13 years now but this is the service I get .I am so disappointed on Nedbank what's so difficult to email my copy of my title deed.
