Continuous requests ignored.

For the past three months I have asked to be notified - as I am notified with all other transactions - that my SASSA pension monies have been received. I have to stand in queues each time and this is the third time I am going to have to stand in queues to find out if the monies have been paid into my account. WHY CAN'T NEDBANK GET THIS RIGHT!!! The money is NOT reflected on my account when I do a query!!!!
