Continued Unauthorised Deductions

Nedbank personal loans has now for the third time and the third month in a row made a deduction from my current account without contacting / informing me about it regardless of the fact that I have adhered to my agreement and paid my instalment and arranged payment without fail! In June an additional amount of almost R5,000.00 (on top of my instalment) was deducted from my account. Although I requested that the money be refunded, it was not. The contact person informed me that the arrangement was not reflecting on their system, that is why the additional amount was deducted. Which meant that Nedbank personal loans left me with only 50% of my normal income. In July an amount of over R3,000.00 (on top of my instalment) was yet again deducted. I contacted Nedbank personal loans yet again I was informed that my arrangement is not reflecting on the system, but it will be corrected and no more additional payments will be deducted from my account. GUESS WHAT!!! An additional amount of over R2,000.00 (my instalment was paid on the 28th via debit order) was yet again deducted from my account this morning! Plus I received an sms which said that I did not make my payment as arranged.
