Continual harrassment from Nedbank-Norton Attorneys

Complaint ********** . I am unemployed and make regular monthly payments to my accounts. Nothing has changed-I havent moved, I am still unemployed, and I can still only afford the R300 payment plan a month. Yet Nedbanks representatives continually harrass me-calling and messaging me, almost on a DAILY basis, of up to NINE times a day!! I have had NO RESPONSE to my emails from Mike Olivia at Nedbank. So I would like to know from Nedbank-would you prefer that I take the next 4 months payments, and instead start legal action against this harrassment? Would you prefer I get a restraining order to stop the harrassment? Do I need to report Nedbank to the banking Ombudsman, and Norton attorneys to the SA Law Society? Or all the above to stop this CONTINUAL HARRASSMENT FOR PAYMENTS I MAKE EVERY MONTH!
