Contemplating opening a case of thieved/*******ion against Nedbank

Went to the branch, as my account showed a balance of R0,00 while I still had more than R20 000,00 in the bank. There was a long que. My car was crashed into in their parking area, while I was waiting. I lost my place in the que, I had to go to the police station to report the crash. I tried phoning them, but the line went dead more than once. They promised to phone me back, and I am still waiting. Previously they said I was dead and had to come back from Botswana and struggled 2 week to get "undead"
