Consultants and Service Providers are not helping

I have been having a problem with your service providers since last year September. Your department also contribute to the problem. Last year I made a call for a leak which was caused by plumbers replacing the geyser and I was promised that the plumbers will come and fix the problem. The plumbers came and they told me they are going to give a report to you , they went away and you also kept quiet.

I have been calling and I am always told that the plumber will call me, then wait for 4 days no call. I called last week and the person assisting me told me that the Plumbing department is saying the plumber will call me , they did not call me ,On Friday I called again and spoke to a gentlemen (Moses) who also said the same thing .

Can someone help me
