consultants ae ***********

I went to nedbank wonderpark this morning to open an investment for my son.the investment I was looking for is or was called dream maker which I opened for my daughter 3 years ago. The lady at the door gave me a ticket to a consultant, who told me she doesnt handle dream maker and she will refer me to someone.i waited for the guy handling what I was looking for.the guy never arrived then I left, after 2 hours nedbank call and I was informedthe guy is in.when I got to him he said dream maker is a bank product and he is not working for nedbank but for old mutual. <br> He made a call to one consiltant who told him, he doesn't have dream maker. Nedbank consultant dont know their products, if it changed a name they should know and they should be able to explain to us client.<br> I drove two trips to nedbank wonder park mall only to be disappointed.<br> this *********** consultants need training.
