CONSTANT UNBASED THREATS, I HAVE HAD ENOUGH!!

I have had it with constant unbased threats from Nedbank. I regularly get sms's THREATENING ME THAT THE SHERRIFF WILL BE COMING TO MY HOUSE OR EMPLOYERS. This has been going on since October, when I phone, which takes forever to get through, I am ALWAYS being told that 'I must ignore the sms, error on their side, they are working on it' SINCE OCTOBER??? This is completely unacceptable, we take these threats seriously as customers and telling me to ignore threats doesn't change that fact! I have an arrangement in place, I pay via debit order, if you dont stop threatening me I might as well stop paying as you threaten me with the sheriff and legal action anyway. I cannot deal with this any longer, I will change my bank account and cellphone number just to get rid of Nedbank!!
