Constant ************, harassment, bullying from Nedbank Retail Recovery

Firstly let me state upfront, that I have been meeting the monthly obligation agreed to. In spite of this, I receive a constant stream of sms's, calls and emails from NRR.

It has affected me emotionally, to the extent I have blocked the numbers, and sometimes even hang up when called. I feel bul**** and harassed. Is this not an enfridgement on my Rights? Rights to Dignity and Privacy?

Today was the final straw! I am told via sms that my employer will be contacted by attorney regarding an unpaid debit order. Firstly I never agreed to a debit order (I use EFT) and secondly I do not have an employer. So I receive this sms in spite of regular monthly payments? Why?

I wonder who pays for all the unnecessary sms's, calls etc? Are all these "legal" fees added to my account? Maybe that is the point! (I have not received an account from them yet reflecting payments either, so have no idea about these "legal" fees )

It is time for Banks to stop making money from people experiencing financial hardship through bullying tactics.

http://www.acts.co.za/news/blog/2017/05/how-nedbank-sold-a-familys-home-for-r10

Time to start clearing up and out!
