Consolidation of debt denied with ignorance

Wanted to consolidate my debt, but there is just not one person who can calculate a consolidation. I have a great reputation with the bank wants to take my debt and consolidate, so at the moment I have a loan and credit card debt. The two payments for this come to about R19000, but I can take one loan to pay both these off and have an instalment of about R9000, which would help me financially. And this means I can still be a long-standing customer of the bank. But there is not one Manager or properly trained person who can make this sum unbelievable; they would rather lose a client than help a client.
