Consolidation loans

I app**** to Nedbank online for a consolidation loan a couple of months ago and was pre approved. When I went into the bank to finish the paperwork it was rejected due to affordability. Then I decided to close some of my accounts so that I could afford it but also decided to better my chances by applying to other institutes! Now apparently because I app**** with everyone else to better my options i'm being penalised!!! What makes me mal is the fact that I'm not blacklisted, I pay my accounts on time and i'm still being rejected, this time for applying to other places! What's the use of keeping your accounts up to date if they only going to penalise on something else!!!
