Consolidation loan

I took out a consolidation loan with Nedbank and had an existing loan with Nedbank. To date the old Nedbank account ( ********** 869701) still have a balance and still debiting my bank account. Consolidation acc ( ********** 363301) that is active on my account. Please tell me how can Nedbank pay Nadbank but yet have an outstanding balance.
