Consolidation complain

Did a consolidation loan at nedbank branch in Montclair mall Durban on 14 January 2021 only to find out month end that nedbank didn’t pay the full amount to capitec I ended up being charged by capitec, had two loans with capitec 32 610,69 and the other was 16 601,23 and even on the settlement letters I brought to the branch had those amount but nedbank paid the amount of 32 610,00 and 16 601,00 and the left out the 69 and 23, capitec ended up charging me amount of 875,47 ridiculous. Launch a complain on the 28 January 2021 at the montclair branch No one has called me to inform me of the outcome? The branch manager in Montclair mall branch in Durban wasn’t helpful at all. I don’t know how their consolidation work but to me this is ***** and I have given them enough time to solve my case but they quite as if it’s fine. I have launched my own complain to their complains department and I have submitted my documents to ombudsman banking services
