Consolidation and Funeral Plan

I would like you to assist or refer me to the relevant person who can help me. I did a consolidation with Nedbank and they confirmed that my Capitec loan.

Over the weekend there was a payment that came off my Nedbank account (R1 222.27) and I managed to reverse the transaction and the same transaction (R1 222.27) came off my Capitec account and today I visited the Capitec branch to find out more and I was told that Nedbank never settled the full amount upon the consolidation.

Kindly advise, I just can't go on like this.

Lastly, a year ago an amount for a funeral plan came off my account for 3 consecutive months and when I queried I never received any response, I was told that Nedbank will get back to me and till today I'm still waiting.

I am really not happy with this and if this can't be resolved I'm willing to close my account.
