Confusing Transactions

On the 23 September 2020, I viewed my Credit Card Statement and was a bit disturbed by some of the transactions. September 17, 2020 Vat on Fee was debited more than 4 times 17 September, 2020 an amount of R27. 83 debited more than 4 times. I then called Nedbank to seek clarity and was told this was because I was never charged for Maintanance Fee since June. I then asked how is it possible that I could be charged the same amount on Maintanance Fee and Credit Facility Fee which is R27. 83 or maybe is it the same name. I was then told I have a second Credit Card which I disputed. I'm also being charged for an Additional Card Fee for a Card which I have got no knowledge of and the amount is R27. 83 30 June 2020, Additional Card Fee amount R27. 83 was charged twice. The Consultant then asked if I had a second card and I told him I don't, the only card I know of was the replacement card which was paid for. Then the Consultant promised to get back to me by 11:30 23 September 2020, I'm still waiting for him. I would also request that Nedbank relook at the Transactions for the past two years where these amounts were debited. I am confused by all these transactions.
