Confused Personnel

We asked MFC (Division of Nedbank) for settlement on our vehicle and on 24 January they gave us the amount which was settled on 30 January 2018. Another payment was deducted off our account 01 February 2018. On Friday, 02.02.2018 I spoke to Zandi who assured me that our money will be back in our account within 5 days. Now today, 05.02.2018 I get a message from ********** 86, saying our vehicle asset account is in arrears. I immediately call Gladwyn in Collections who tells me I must call back tomorrow! He then puts me thru to admin where this woman now wants to speak to my husband who is not here before she can help me. This after Zandi confirmed with my husband last week that I am dealing with matters. Besides that, these ******s don't know what the hell they are doing, except push up clients' blood pressure through their ignorance. I am fedup with this poor service, putting *****s in customer service positions who's don't their right from their left! Sick of it!

I am still waiting for this to be resolved. Acc ********** 0001. When are we getting our refund please and why was this handed over to your collections department when the account was settled in full per your settlement figure received?

I received an email from Francis Cody, Client Resolution Manager yesterday, 07/02/2018 wherein he/she advises that they don't owe us a refund as it has already been refunded. I am a Nedbank client, with a Nedbank current account and I don't see any debit order reversal. I requested a proof of reversal where it was made to my bank account. There is still no explanation of why they were so trigger happy to hand us over to their legal department when it was clear that their ability to make a smooth transition in closing the account, is at fault here. I am waiting for your answer and proof of debit order reversal Cody Francis.
