Confused

<p>Dear Sir/Madam</p> <p> </p> <p>I was called by a consultant a few weeks back to check if I wanted a top up on my loan as I had paid 3 months instalments etc. I had asked the consultant if a letter from HR confirming my salary and employment would be fine and he rep**** it would be. I while later he said that the it was rejected as they could not use the documents but I used the same documents to apply for a credit card with your'll and it was approved. How is that so?</p>
