Conflicted stories contribute to poor service received by Nedbank

I lost my card for my Nedbank Ke Yona (basic) account. I then went to Nedbank Cresta on approximtely the 20th of July to report that I had lost my card and requested a new one. I was told by one of the bank tellers there that there would be no charge for my new card as it was the first one I had requested and that if it happened again I would have to pay R120 for a new card in future. However when I withdrew money from my Nedbank Ke Yona account on the 2nd of September I saw that there was a sundry charge of R60. I phoned Nedbank today and asked them what the charge was for. I was told that, that charge was for the replacement card I also queries why as I was told that by the bank teller in Cresta that there would be no charge and it it is also very strange that the card fee has only now apparently come off in September when the inccident occured in July. I am totally dissatisfied that Nedbank is so contradictory. This is not at all the service I expect from a so-called professional bank.
