One of Nedbank's employees opened a bank account that I blantly told them not to open after deciding to not proceed with the home loan application. I received an SMS stating that I owe them on a current account that I was unaware of. Which was referred to debtors collection. I decided to pay the amount so that the account can be closed and I don't have to take the long route of opening a case against them. But I haven't been assisted until now, I've been calling nonstop. It has been a couple of weeks now. I'll even move the car I've financed with them which has a ridiculous interest rate. I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE LEVEL OF SERVICE WHICH IS NONE EXISTENT!!!!!!!!!
