Conclusive proof that ***** is happening within Nedbank .

I have a Savvy account, a credit card and a business account with Nedbank. When you open a current/cheque account they issue you with a cheque card and an AMEX card. The results is that I now have 5 cards in my wallet and 5 different pin numbers to remember. Too much, so I locked the Amex cards in the safe and have NEVER used them. Last night, 3 transactions went off my Savvy account (Private) with a description of services that I regularly use on my business account. - Very weird - and a deliberate attempt to mislead me into thinking that these were regular transaction. On reporting I was told that my Personal accounts Amex card had been compromised - absolutely false, as it has never ever been used or left my safe. How did the perpetrator get: 1 the ccv number. 2 Do a transaction online when I can not do one without my phone 3. Know the types of services used on my Business account. There can only be one conclusion - it has to be an inside job. Even a hacker would not know what services I purchase on the Business Account. So Nedbank, how do you deal with this. Incidentally, I have refused to allow them to freeze my card, as I am off to SAPS to open a ***** case.
