Concerns with Zakhele Futhi shares.

Just recently had a bad experience with Nedbank with regards to the Zakhele Futhi shares that they were administering and only after 3 years of constantly enquiring, they decide to give me a full refund of the initial invested amount and made me lose out on growth of my money and all they had to say is I somehow deposited into the wrong account number of which I got from their consultants. Can anyone assist as to how I deal with such type of situation accordingly?
