Concerns with Credit Card Application Processing Time

I've app**** for a credit card last week, and after accepting an offer on January 9th, 2025, I received a Debi check mandate, which I also accepted. However, since then, there's been radio silence, and I'm left wondering about the status of my application.

When I called the call center, they initially mentioned that my FICA documents were outstanding and that I'd receive an email requesting them. But, surprisingly, no email arrived. Upon calling again, I was told that my application was with the Back office.

Now, I'm curious - how long does it typically take to process a credit card application?
